We recommend booking at least one week in advance. For shorter timelines, we’ll always do our best to accommodate.

Depending on access and scale, installations typically take between 5 to 10 hours. We work with care and efficiency to ensure every detail is in place.

To preserve presentation quality and protect furnishings, we recommend styling only vacant properties.

Yes. We offer both full and partial styling packages. If some pieces are staying, we’ll thoughtfully build the look around them to create a cohesive, elevated result.

Your booking is confirmed once full payment and signed terms are received. To ensure availability, we recommend confirming early.

All furniture, artwork, and accessories are part of our private collection—curated for quality, character, and visual impact. We don’t sub-rent, so what you see is ours to work with.

We’ll style your space with pieces that best suit its layout and feel. If there’s something you’ve seen on our socials that you love, let us know—we’ll include it where possible.

If your home sells before the 8-week hire period ends, we’ll arrange a convenient pickup. Please note, early collection does not reduce the styling fee.

The hire period starts on the day we install the furniture.

We aim to send all proposals within 24 hours. During busier times, it may take up to 48 hours—but never longer.
